A MULTIDISCIPLINARY MODEL OF CARE
Unity First is built as a multidisciplinary practice, bringing together medical and mental health professionals to support patients across the full spectrum of care.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Imani Bryan, MSN, MPH, FNP-C, PMHNP-C
Unity First was founded by Imani Bryan, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health, with advanced training in trauma-informed care and complex patient populations.
Imani’s clinical experience spans:
- Primary care across adult and geriatric populations
- Psychiatric medication management
- Skilled nursing and community-based care
- Trauma-exposed and high-stress populations
Throughout her career, she observed how often patients were forced to navigate disconnected systems—leading to delayed care, miscommunication, and poor outcomes.
Unity First was created to change that experience.
